As the Stardust awards function progressed for a brief period the focus was not on the awards but the new Bollywood talk of the town couple.  Saif and Kareena!  Saif did a dance sequence which was good but Sony Max showing the event made it even more interesting for the viewers.  The vision mixer was cutting between Saif dancing and Kareena’s reaction.  Well being an actor Kareena did know how to show the right reactions.  Ranging from eyes searching for Saif when he went back door to change dresses, to sudden anger when other damsels were dancing with him.

As though that wasn’t enough former boyfriend Shahid’s reactions were also shown as he was watching Saif dance.  All in all it was a visual treat for all those followers of Hindi film who vouch by their stars and wait for all the gossip surrounding them.

Saif’s last piece was as filmy as it could be.  He was dressed in Sherwani and got a band along and chose the apt music to support it.  Obviously Kareena was more happy looking at Saif dance like that.

Puritans and critics may find many fault with the programme, however, I saw this with my family.  They were glued and enjoyed the entire programme. I think this was surely a success for those who organised the event and directed it.
